Menus we've cooked, area by area.
Real menus from real parties across Dubai, with the hosts' names left out.
These are menus we have served, written down course by course, from parties in the areas where we cook most. Each page also says what the area needs on the day, the gate, the lift, the garden or the deck, and the kinds of party we cater there.
The hosts are not named and nor are their buildings. Dishes we no longer cook are left out of the menus, so every dish in them can be ordered today.

- Are these real menus?
- Yes. Each one was served at a party in that area and is taken from our order book. We leave out the host's name, the building and anything that could identify them.
- Can I order one of these menus?
- Yes. Every dish on these pages is on our menu today. Compose your own from it on the booking page, or tell us which page you liked and we start from that menu.
