Our head office sits at ADGM on Al Maryah Island, and Abu Dhabi sushi stations are run by the same Oh! Sushi team that cooks the Dubai counters, not a regional stand-in: Gaurav Varma, our Chief Executive Officer, looks after Abu Dhabi enquiries himself.
Catered sushi usually arrives on a platter an hour before service and spends the evening getting warm. Ours is cut at a live counter by the team from Oh! Sushi, one of the nine brands the group owns and operates, which is the only way it holds up.

- How much does sushi catering cost in Abu Dhabi?
- Sushi sits inside the package per-head rate, from AED 140 on Classic through AED 210 on Luxury. Each live station beyond those included in your package is a flat AED 250 for the chef and the setup.
- Is the sushi made by an outside supplier?
- No. Oh! Sushi is one of The Royal Orchid Group's own restaurant brands, and its chefs run the station.
- Can you cater a mixed Indian and Asian menu in Abu Dhabi?
- Yes, and most large events are exactly that. The catalogue spans eleven cuisines from the same kitchen, so one caterer covers the whole floor.
