Jain & vegan · Dubai
Jain and vegan, cooked on a separate line.
No onion, no garlic, no root. Fully plant-based menus that are built as menus, not as a plate of what was left over.
The test of a Jain menu is not whether the caterer can leave out onion. It is whether the food was designed without it. A curry built for garlic and then stripped of garlic tastes exactly like what it is.
We cook Jain and vegan menus on a separate line, from a catalogue written for them. That means separate preparation, separate service equipment and dishes chosen because they work under the restriction rather than in spite of it.

What separate means
A different line, not a different label.
- No onion, no garlic and no root vegetables in Jain preparation.
- Fully plant-based vegan menus with no dairy, including sweets.
- Separate preparation line and separate service equipment.
- Dietary marking by text label as well as colour dot, so guests are never guessing.
- Pure-vegetarian full-event catering where the entire menu is meat-free.
Honesty about allergens
What we can and cannot guarantee.
Our facility handles nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish and other allergens for the rest of our catalogue. We note allergen requests and prepare them with care, but we cannot guarantee the absence of traces or cross-contact. Any caterer in a shared kitchen who tells you otherwise is over-promising.
For guests with severe allergies, tell us at the menu stage rather than on the day, so the dish can be planned around rather than adapted.
Occasions
Where these menus go.
Jain weddings and paryushan events, Diwali and festival dinners, temple and community functions, and corporate events for mixed offices where a proper vegetarian line matters more than an afterthought.
Common questions
Answers before you ask.
- Do you cater strict Jain food in Dubai?
- Yes. Jain menus carry no onion, no garlic and no root vegetables, and are cooked on a separate line with separate service equipment.
- Can you cater a fully vegan event?
- Yes, including plant-based desserts. Vegan menus are built from a dedicated catalogue rather than adapted from the dairy menus.
- Can you guarantee no cross-contamination?
- No, and we will not claim otherwise. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and shellfish for other menus. We note allergen requests and prepare them with care, but traces cannot be ruled out in a shared facility.
- Is Jain or vegan catering more expensive?
- No. The same package rates apply: AED 125, 150 or 180 per head depending on tier.
- Can you run a mixed event with Jain, vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests?
- Yes, and it is common. The lines are kept separate and every dish on the service line is labelled in text as well as by colour.
