Street food & chaat · Dubai
Chaat, assembled in front of your guests.
Pani puri, papdi, sev puri, dahi chaat and the chowk classics, made to order at a live counter.
Chaat does not survive a chafing dish. It is assembled, eaten in ninety seconds and assembled again, which is why we only serve it from a live counter with a chef behind it.
It is also the fastest way to start an event. A chaat station at the entrance gives arriving guests something to do, and it holds a queue better than any passed canapé.

What's on the counter
The chowk, at your venue.
- Pani puri, filled and served one at a time.
- Papdi chaat and sev puri, plated to order.
- Dahi chaat, assembled in hand-turned clay.
- Kathi rolls and the street classics.
- Tak-a-tak, vegetarian and mutton, cooked on the plate.
- Live ice gola and sugarcane juice to finish.
Pricing
What a chaat counter costs.
A chaat station is AED 22 per guest. If it is the only station and your package does not include one, add the AED 250 setup and chef fee. The Premium package includes one station and Luxury includes two, so a chaat counter often costs nothing extra beyond the per-guest rate.
Where it works
Mehndi lunches, house parties, launches.
Daytime wedding functions, Diwali parties at home, corporate launches that need a talking point, and any event where guests arrive over an hour rather than all at once. It travels well to villas and gardens because the counter is self-contained.
Common questions
