A dark, richly styled Indian dinner spread prepared by Cater Inc. in Abu Dhabi

Indian catering · Abu Dhabi

Indian catering, from the city where we started.

Dum biryani, tandoor, slow-cooked curries and plated modern Indian, at any scale from twenty to three thousand five hundred.

The Royal Orchid Group began in Abu Dhabi in 1985 with Kwality, the city's veteran Indian restaurant. Forty years later the group runs fourteen restaurants and nine brands out of this city, and Indian food is still the kitchen everything else grew out of, not a menu section added on.

Our head office sits at ADGM on Al Maryah Island, which is why Abu Dhabi Indian catering is run directly rather than handed off: Gaurav Varma, our Chief Executive Officer, looks after Abu Dhabi enquiries himself.

Credentials

Where this catalogue has already cooked.

Group references in Abu Dhabi include Emirates Palace, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, W Abu Dhabi on Yas Island, Rixos Saadiyat Island, Zaya Nurai Island and the Embassy of India. Cater Inc. was chosen for the RuPay card launch by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Emirates Palace, served from the same Indian catalogue described on this page.

Dietary

Pure-veg, Jain and vegan on a separate line.

Jain menus carry no onion, no garlic and no root. Pure-vegetarian and fully plant-based vegan menus are cooked on a separate line rather than adapted from the main service, and dietary marking on the buffet uses text labels alongside colour dots.

Our kitchen does handle nuts, dairy, gluten and shellfish elsewhere in the facility, so we note allergen requests and prepare them with care but cannot guarantee the absence of traces.

Occasions

Where the Indian menus go, in this city.

Weddings across the whole week, Diwali and festival dinners, corporate lunches for ADGM and mainland offices, embassy functions and private dinners at home. The same catalogue serves all of them; what changes is the package, the service style and the number of live counters.
