Mudon parties are family occasions in the townhouses and villas: a puja, a baby shower, a dinner for the extended family. They are mostly 25 to 50 guests, and every one we have cooked there had live tandoori breads.
The menu below is from a 2026 party for 25 to 50 guests. It kept to three counters, tandoori breads, pasta and an ice gola stand, beside three curries and dal bukhara.

Three of the six were outdoors. In a townhouse with a small garden the breads counter goes on the terrace and the buffet indoors, close to where the family sits.
