The menu below is from that birthday. Nine starters, four mains and three desserts, with the fried starters finished at the apartment with our own fryer so they reached the table crisp.

On the day
What a party in Jumeirah Lake Towers needs.
The towers usually want outside caterers approved by building management and the service lift booked. Tell us the tower when you book and we send the building what it asks for.
A tandoor needs open air, so live breads go on a terrace or balcony where the building allows it; two of our three JLT parties had them. The counters that run on butane can stand indoors, and a fryer can finish starters in your kitchen if you would like them fresh.

- Yes. At our most recent JLT party the starters came part-cooked and were finished at the apartment with our own fryer, so they were served crisp. Tell us if your kitchen has space for it.
