Live stations · Dubai
Live station catering in Dubai, cooked in front of your guests.
Thirteen counters, from live sushi to tak-a-tak, that turn the food into part of the evening.
A buffet feeds people. A live counter gives them something to stand around. Every station below runs with its own chef, its own equipment and its own queue, and they are the single most reliable way to make a room feel busy in the first thirty minutes.
A station is one chef at one setup, a tandoor, a grill, a wok or a dosa griddle, and it cooks up to three dishes in front of your guests. Premium includes one station and Luxury includes two. Each station beyond your package is a flat AED 250 for the chef and the setup, whatever the guest count, and the dishes on it are priced like the rest of the menu.

Indian live stations
Six Indian live cooking stations.
Six of the thirteen counters cook Indian food. Each runs with its own chef, and any of them can sit alongside a full Indian buffet on the same booking.
- Live chaat: pani puri, papdi and dahi chaat. The strongest counter for arriving guests.
- Live tandoor and charcoal barbecue. Needs an outdoor placement.
- Tak-a-tak, vegetarian and mutton, cooked on the plate. Fast for a standing sangeet crowd.
- South Indian: dosa, uttapam and appam with stew. The slowest queue, so give it room.
- Eggs and paratha, cooked to order. Built for post-wedding brunches.
- Live jalebi and dessert. The best late-evening counter.
Per station
What each station adds.
Three kebabs off one grill are one station, not three. A fourth dish on the same setup needs a second chef and a second station.
| Item | How it is charged |
|---|---|
| Stations in the package | Classic none, Premium one, Luxury two |
| Dishes per station | Up to three, off one setup |
| Each extra station | AED 250 flat, chef and setup, any guest count |
| The dishes on it | Priced like the rest of the menu |
Planning
How many stations for how many guests.
One station serves a queue, not a room. For a party of fifty, one counter plus a buffet works. At two hundred, two or three stations spread across the floor stop a single line forming. At five hundred and above, stations should be positioned in separate zones rather than side by side, which is a floor-plan decision our team makes on the site visit.
Common questions
Answers before you ask.
- How much does a live station cost in Dubai?
- Premium includes one live station and Luxury includes two. Each station beyond that is a flat AED 250 for the chef and the setup, whatever the guest count, and it cooks up to three dishes, which are priced like the rest of the menu.
- Which packages include a live station?
- Premium (AED 180 per head) includes one live station. Luxury (AED 210 per head) includes two. Classic (AED 140 per head) includes none, but stations can be added.
- Can live stations run at a private villa?
- Yes. Table-top counters run on site as long as there is safe access, power, water and a working area. Tandoor and charcoal need an outdoor space, so not in an apartment or an office.
- Do you have a live sushi station?
- Yes, cut at the counter by the team from Oh! Sushi, one of the group's own restaurant brands.
- How many live stations do I need?
- Roughly one counter per 75 to 100 guests if you also have a buffet, and more if stations are the main service. Our team confirms the number against your floor plan.
