Our Emirates Hills parties have been dinners in the villas: a house party, a dinner for forty and an anniversary indoors. Live tandoori breads were at all three.
The menu below is from the house party, for 25 to 50 guests. It had ten starters, Indian and Indo-Chinese, then Asian and Indian mains, so the evening could run long on starters before anyone sat down.

Emirates Hills is a gated community, so our van is registered at the gate before the day. Tell us the villa when you book.
Two of the three parties were outdoors and the anniversary was indoors. The tandoor for live breads needs the garden or a terrace; the rest of a dinner can be served indoors.
