Thai curries and wok dishes from the Cater Inc. Thai menu

Thai · Dubai

Thai food for your party in Dubai.

Curries, salads and grills from the recipes of award-winning Asian restaurant kitchens, cooked for your guests at home or at a venue.

A Thai menu suits the guests who would rather not eat Indian food and pleases the ones who would. It is fragrant, it is easy to make vegetarian, and a green curry sits comfortably beside a biryani on the same buffet.

The recipes come from the group's Asian restaurant kitchens, which won Time Out's Best South East Asian Restaurant in 2011 and a Time Out commendation for Thai food in 2008.

Live counters

A Thai curry counter, and a wok beside it.

A chef at the Thai curry counter finishes green, red or Panang curry to order and serves it over jasmine rice. A live wok next to it tosses Thai basil and chilli garlic stir-fries with noodles, and a laksa counter serves Malaysian curry noodles for the guests who want a bowl.

Each package includes live counters: one on Classic, two on Premium, three on Luxury. Their dishes fill the slots of their course, so a Thai curry counter is mains cooked live.

For fifty guests

A Thai dinner for fifty.

On Premium that buys six starters (chicken lemongrass skewers, Thai chicken lettuce wraps, prawn satay, mini Thai corn cakes, crispy sriracha tofu and tom yum), four mains (Panang chicken, steamed fish in kaffir lime and coconut, veg Thai green curry and a Thai basil veg stir-fry), jasmine rice, papaya, pomelo and glass noodle salads, mango sticky rice and tub tim grob, with a Thai curry counter and a live wok.

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Do you cater Thai food in Dubai?
Yes. Green, red, Panang, yellow and massaman curries, tom yum, pad Thai, satay, papaya and pomelo salads and mango sticky rice, for parties at home, offices and venues across Dubai, with a live Thai curry counter.
How much does Thai catering cost per person in Dubai?
The same as every menu we cook: AED 140 a guest on Classic, AED 180 on Premium and AED 210 on Luxury, with one AED 500 catering setup and 5% VAT on top. A Thai buffet for fifty on Premium comes to about AED 9,975 all in.
Can Thai and Indian food be served at the same party?
Yes. They mix freely on one menu at the same rates, so a Thai green curry and a butter chicken can sit on the same buffet, and a Thai curry counter can run beside a chaat counter.
Is there vegetarian Thai food?
Yes: veg Thai green and red curries, Panang vegetable curry, Thai red curry with tofu, Thai basil veg stir-fry, crispy sriracha tofu, corn cakes and the glass noodle salads. Vegetable pad Thai has egg, and the papaya and pomelo salads are made with seafood.
How spicy is the Thai food?
As spicy as you ask for. We set the heat for the room when you book, mild, medium or hot.
