Our bar partner sends professional mixologists for 5 hours, the length of the dinner service, with their own bar tools. Two is usual for a house party. They bring the glassware and a styled bar counter, and take it all away at the end of the night.
You choose the drinks; the bartenders mix and serve them. The bar is added to your catering order, so the food and the drinks arrive as one evening.

Planning the bar
How the bar is priced.
Each part is priced on its own, so you take only what the party needs. Drinks are not included. The soft drinks, garnishes, ice and water the bartenders use are charged on what is used on the night.

Answers before you ask.
- Do you provide the alcohol?
- No. You buy the drinks you want served, and the bartenders mix and pour them. The soft drinks, garnishes, ice and water they use are charged on what is used.
- How many bartenders do I need?
- Two is usual for a house party. Tell us how many guests are coming and we will say if the party needs more.
- How long do the bartenders stay?
- 5 hours, the length of the dinner service. If the party runs past 3 am, each bartender can stay on at AED 75 an hour.
- Can I book the bar without the food?
- The bar is added to a catering order, so the food and the bar are planned and served as one evening.
- Can you make mocktails?
- Yes. Signature mocktails and fresh juices are on our drinks list and can be added with the bar.
